At TechPariz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your fishing equipment, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy. Please read the following guidelines to understand our process.
Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: You must initiate a return within 30 days of the original purchase date. After this period, we cannot accept returns.
Condition:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories included.
Items showing signs of wear and tear, misuse, or alteration will not be eligible for a return.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
Personalized Items: Items that have been custom-made or personalized for you.
Perishable Goods: Items such as live bait or perishable goods are not returnable.
Clearance Items: Items marked as clearance or final sale are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email us at info@techpariz.com or call us at (757) 546-9129 within 30 days of your purchase to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Shipping the Item:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refund Process
Approval: If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued for items that are not returned in their original condition or for items that are missing parts.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you should follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Defective or Damaged Items
Notification: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt).
Replacement or Refund: Depending on the situation, we will either send a replacement item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs. We may request photos or other evidence to document the defect or damage.
